Terms of Sale

Who sells

BuyAppleIDs is an independent online shop with no link to Apple Inc. Apple has not approved, sponsored or partnered with it. Names such as "Apple ID", "iCloud" and "App Store" are used only to say what the accounts are.

What a listing promises

The account country, the age or age band, the sign-in method (security questions, two-factor authentication with a code link, or access to the registration mailbox), and whether iCloud is activated or the account is for the App Store only. All accounts in one order come from the single listing you chose and match its description.

Payment and delivery

The full amount is paid at checkout. Once the payment is confirmed, the sign-in details are shown on your order page and sent to your order email.

Using the accounts

• Apple's terms do not permit transferring an Apple ID, and Apple can require any account to verify again or lock it at any time.
• No account may be used for fraud, abuse of offers or refunds, spam or any unlawful purpose. You alone are responsible for how an account is used after delivery.
• Security answers, code links and mailbox passwords give the same access as the password. Store them as carefully.

Money on an account

Payment methods and gift cards work only in the account's own country. Anything you buy, subscribe to or top up on an account is your own decision and outside our responsibility.

Limit of liability

Our responsibility for any order ends with the replacement or refund set out in the Warranty and Refunds page and never exceeds the amount paid for that order.

Revisions

These terms may be revised. The date at the top shows the version in force.
