BuyAppleIDs keeps as little about its buyers as an order needs. This notice lists what that is.
What we keep about you
The email address an order is placed with, the messages you send through tickets, and a short technical log of each visit (IP address, browser type and time). There is no field anywhere on the site for your personal Apple ID, and nobody here will ask you for it.
What we keep about an order
Which listing you bought from and how many accounts, the total, the confirmation the payment provider returns, and the sign-in details delivered: Apple ID, password and, depending on the listing, security answers and birthday, a code link, or a mailbox password. Card numbers and wallet keys stay with the payment provider.
Why
- To put the delivered details on your order page and send the delivery email.
- To compare a warranty ticket with what was actually delivered.
- To stop fraudulent orders and chargeback abuse.
- To keep the bookkeeping records the law asks for.
Who else handles it
The payment, hosting and email companies that run those functions for us, and only for them. Data is never sold or traded.
Cookies
Only what sign-in, the cart and a secure checkout need. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.
How long, and your requests
Delivered details are kept until no claim on the order remains possible, accounting records for the period the law sets, and visit logs for a short time. Write to us from your order email through the Contact page to receive a copy of your data, correct it or have it removed.
